After graduating from UCLA with a degree in political science, Ronald Rasak received his broker's license from the State of California Department of Real Estate and went to work as a mortgage loan broker. In 1986, he established his own company, RKR Incorporated, a pioneering development firm renowned for its vision, innovation and dedication to excellence. Ron believes wholeheartedly in his company's commitment to remaining involved in every step of the development process, design, finance, construction, property management, and leasing. Over the past three decades, Ron has fostered the consistent growth of countless successful projects on the commercial and residential levels, from shopping centers to work spaces to private homes and beyond.

Melissa Rasak brings a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry, from concierge services at various local chains to the plush Huntley Hotel in Santa Monica, CA and the SIXTY Hotel in Beverly Hills. Raised in Calabasas, her deep knowledge of LA and incredible eye for detail has served her clientele well - never a request too small or too large. Most recently, Melissa was a leader in the logistics department at a luxury fashion company. With a background in real estate, Melissa joins RKR as an Executive Assistant.
