What We Do
RKR Incorporated builds from the ground up. For 40 years we have taken projects from raw land through entitlements, financing, construction, leasing, and property management, with a focus on retail and mixed-use centers. Starting in 1986, we developed much of the commercial core of Santa Clarita, California, now the third largest city in Los Angeles County. We have partnered with institutions such as Newhall Land and Farming Company (currently Lennar), Grosvenor Realty, MetLife, Cornerstone, Washington Mutual, among others. In all that time, we have never failed to close an escrow or to finish a project we started. Today, RKR is based in Georgetown, Texas, bringing that experience to one of the fastest-growing regions in the country.
